Where do the photoshoots take place?

Typically, we shoot from the Sunshine Coast to Byron Shire, across Brisbane, the Gold Coast, and Northern NSW, tailoring the location to your brand story. However, we also work Australia-wide and internationally. Options include:

• On-location shoots at your office, home, or a curated environment that reflects your business personality

How far in advance should I book?

We recommend booking 4–6 weeks in advance to secure your preferred date, especially if you’d like professional hair and makeup or a styled set. However, we occasionally have last-minute availability — reach out and we’ll do everything we can to accommodate you.

How do I know which photography package is right for me?

Before booking, we’ll have a creative consultation call where we talk through your brand, business goals, and the type of imagery you need.

• If you need simple, polished images for LinkedIn or press, a headshot session may be perfect.

• If you’re rebranding, launching a website, or want a strong personal brand presence, our Signature Branding Experience will give you a versatile image library that works across every platform.

How much does branding photography cost?

Our sessions are designed as an investment in your brand. Pricing begins at $850 for headshots, with branding experiences ranging from $1500–$10K depending on scope, styling, and number of final images.

Most of our clients invest between $2200–$7700 for a collection that not only elevates their professional presence but also brings a measurable return on investment — from landing more media features to attracting higher-paying clients.

How do I receive my photos?

After your shoot, you’ll receive access to a private online gallery. From there, you can:

• View your proofs and select your favourites

• Use the heart function to shortlist images easily

• Leave comments for any specific retouching requests

Once selections are made, your chosen images are professionally retouched to maintain a polished yet natural finish. You’ll then be able to download them in both high-resolution (perfect for print) and web-ready sizes.

Can I purchase additional images?

Yes! Every package includes a set number of images, but many clients find they love more than they expected. You’ll have the option to purchase additional favourites directly from your gallery, ensuring you never miss out on a great shot.

Do you travel outside Brisbane and the Gold Coast?

Yes. While most of our clients are based in South East Queensland and Northern NSW, we frequently travel for shoots. If your project is interstate or international, we can create a custom package that includes travel.

How soon will I get my images?

Turnaround times depend on your package, but most branding clients receive their galleries within 2 weeks. This varies depending on how fast our clients choose their final images. We also offer rush delivery options if you’re preparing for a launch or event and need your images sooner.
